Since the beginning in 1994, KC's Music Machine understand, it takes just the right music mix of accommodate the various musical interests of students, so that everyone has a great time at these events.

From the start, you can count on us to explain in depth our various services and fee structures.  We will share years of experiences with your planning committee while finding out your past experiences with other entertainment companies, and we will listen to the concerning comments so that your formal runs flawlessly.  We will discuss musical diversity needed for your school and also address administrations concerns on regards to appropriate music.

We carry over 10,000 songs on site which include hits you will find on top 40 charts, urban charts, and rock charts, along with all of your current favorites.  Music is a crucial part to the success of the school function, so are lyrics.  While all music played at your school function is the radio edited versions.  You may wish to omit more controversial songs from the programming.  We welcome meetings with the student council, principal, or other school representatives to discuss these possible conflicts.

Interaction among students is a great way to motivate the students.  There are many ways to get the students involved in the event: Conduct dance contests, music contest,  ect... Requests are welcome at the event by having the students write them on paper provided and you will recieve a log in name and password to our client area, where you will find our request list.  If there is any music that students think we should have for the event, we encourage a "suggested music" list before the event.

We offer glow necklaces, bracelets, and sticks for your function.  They add excitement to the event, students really have fun and love them.  We can also sell glow sticks at the function based on the needs of the students.

We can emcee and handle announcements, giveaways and contests.  We won't be overly chatty, clownish or suddenly do goofy, stand up acts.  Occasionally, a company or group have their own spokesperson or emcee to handle the microphone duties.  That's no problem at all.  Even if the boss wants to give a quick speech to welcome the troops, not a problem!!  We provide a professional disc jockey sound system tailored to size and nature of your event.  Kc's Music Machine has the appropriate sound and lighting equipment to exceed your expectations for any size group. 

You can pick the music styles for your event ahead of time.  Our online music list provides a song list from which you can pick as much music as you like.  If you don't see what you are looking for,  Kc's Music Machine maintains a master music list of over 60,000  title from every era.  We'll often mix requests with spontaneous requests at the event and our "reading" of the crowd for a smooth mix of music throughout the event.
