| Yes! KC’s Music Machine encourages both current and potential clients to meet with us. As potential clients we would love to take the time to meet with you so that you can have your questions answered and worries forgotten. As our cherished clients we usually meet with the Bride and Groom 2-3 times prior to the wedding, but you can request to meet with us anytime and as many times as you need. There are no additional fees for this and we like to meet in a neutral setting to make you feel at ease. | ||

| KC’s Music Machine will handle the complete coordination of your event. Acting as the Master of Ceremonies we will work with the hall, photographer, videographer, and other event professionals to ensure that your event goes smoothly. All you have to do is show up and relax. | ||

| Yes! We invite our clients to request their favorite songs during your pre-event planning session. We also allow you the client to decide if you would like us to play requests from your guests. As a client you will be able to access our client area, which has our music list. You will be able to make a request list. | ||

| KC’s Music Machine has a successful track record dating back to 1994. As most companies come and go KC’s Music Machine only gets better year after year. You can count on us being at your most important day. In 2004 KC’s Music Machine celebrated it’s ten-year anniversary. | ||

| KC’s Music Machine is dependent upon making our client happy. Without happy clients we would not exist. Most of our clients come from referrals. KC’s Music Machine does not have any employees. We are owner operated. This means that Kevin and Chris will pre-plan your event with you, get to know your wishes and have you become comfortable with us, and we will be the DJ’s at your event. During the pre-planning process we give recommendations, but the client is the one who knows what he/she wants and we will follow your directions. | ||

| At KC’s Music Machine it is our job to be involved in your event. We can do this in many different ways, but the decision relies on you. During the pre-event planning session and by filling out the reception information form is how you will decide how much involvement you want at your event. | ||

| You Do! We are amazed at how many disc jockeys believe that more is better. At KC’s Music Machine you control the volume. A good entertainer will please you, not themselves. | ||

| We have over 10,000 titles in our library. Unlike other companies who only bring a couple hundred songs to your event, KC’s Music Machine brings thousands of songs that your guests may request from. We have every genre from Big Band to Present Hits. | ||
| What kind of dress can we expect from the DJ? | TOP | |
| As a professional company you can expect KC’s Music Machine employees to show up adequately dressed for your event. When filling out your contract you can choose what type of dress you want from tuxedo to casual. Unless stated otherwise we will dress in tuxedos for weddings and shirt/tie for other events. Our employees do set up in casual clothes (which is usually acceptable) to allow our formal clothes to be clean for the event. | ||

| No & Yes! KC’s Music Machine will not use your event time for promoting the company at any time. We will not place business cards at your guest tables for everyone. KC’s Music Machine is a professional disc jockey company and will use sound judgment in every situation. However, we do rely on referrals from our clients. KC’s Music Machine will have a sign at the DJ table stating our name. If a guest requests information we will give them a card and ask that they give us a call after the event. | ||

| KC’s Music Machine takes great pride in supplying you with the best equipment. All of our equipment is 10 years old or less, which gives us the edge on our competition. We at KC’s Music Machine test our sound and lighting equipment weekly making sure that it is in top working condition for your event. Clients can request to see the equipment, please call for an appointment. | ||

| The decision is up to you the client. As a professional company you can expect KC’s Music Machine employees to remain sober at all times prior to, during, and after your event. | ||

| Absolutely! Our fees are fair for the package you receive. It is just a small deposit to guarantee your date and we allow you to make payments anytime until the balance is due. | ||
| Are there any hidden charges? | TOP | |
| No! What is stated on the contract is your guarantee. When you sign the contract, the amount due is all you pay (except if additional services are requested at the event). There are no additional fees. If there is a request outside of the contract the cost will be made known and will have to be accepted by you before we apply the additional charge. (Exp. Special songs or additional lighting) | ||

| Yes! KC’s Music Machine furnishes every client with a contract. It is a binding agreement protecting both of our interests. We encourage the potential client to read the contract fully and ask questions if the client is unclear about any part of the contract. No, we do not subcontract under any circumstances. We are dedicated to you the client. At KC’s Music Machine we have one show so that we can focus our talents to making your event the best it can be. | ||
